  • Zucchini
  • Blätterteig (Puff Pastry)
  • Vegan Hirtenkäse alternative
  • Vegan cream cheese alternative
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Thinly slice 2 Zucchinis and season with salt to extract water.
  • Dab with cloth to remove released water
  • Spread cream cheese on the dough and season with garlic powder.
  • Arrange zucchini in overlapping pattern.
  • Sprinkle crushed Hirtenkäse and top with some black pepper powder.
  • Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
