- Vegan Hirtenkäse alternative
- Vegan cream cheese alternative
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Thinly slice 2 Zucchinis and season with salt to extract water.
- Dab with cloth to remove released water
- Spread cream cheese on the dough and season with garlic powder.
- Arrange zucchini in overlapping pattern.
- Sprinkle crushed Hirtenkäse and top with some black pepper powder.
- Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
